I am excited to offer my services as an Exclusive Buyer Agent to anyone looking to purchase Real Estate in the Twin Cities.  Buyers come in all ages, sizes, family composition, nationalities, with varying financial abilities and goals.  I ask buyers to complete a wants and needs list; from there we aspire to fill their dreams and goals.

I've worn many hats in my real estate career.  I've been a sales associate, a sales manager, a broker, and a closer. I'm a member of the National, State and local Area Association of Realtors.

I've experienced living in rural southern MN, the northern vacationland of Leech Lake and now make my home in St. Paul.  The only time I have lived outside of MN was the years I attended college in Iowa.  I worked as a Social Worker for years and strive to bring my people skills to real estate.  I sometimes feel the bricks and stones of the house are incidental to the process.  The rules, regulations, city codes and laws can be overwhelming.  I work the 11 county Twin Cities metro area with an occasional jump beyond to cover lake properties.

I have chosen to represent buyers, 100% of the time. I never list properties, I never switch fiduciary duties.  I owe loyalty and confidentiality to the buyer every step of the process.  We walk together through mortgage qualification, home selection, home inspection, 'the paperwork', the closing and I hand you the keys!  Then, I ask for and accept referrals!
