Being first time home buyers, we wanted someone who was patient and understanding.   Susan talked over with us our necessities in a house and asked us to make a list, which she could work with.  She only showed us houses, which met our needs and wants.  She explained everything in full detail because we didn’t know anything about buying a house.  We had a lot of questions and not once were we without full understanding.

Susan was extremely helpful when we began the search for a new home.  The most important thing that Susan did for us was to give us the confidence we needed to actually buy a home.  Susan checked out a new construction area, which we were interested in and checked out the builder as well.  Susan was helpful in answering our questions both about new home construction and building in Minnesota.  Susan was with us when we signed the construction contracts, checked with the mortgage company on the status of our loan and is still checking with us periodically about the building process and progress.  Without Susan’s help, we would have been very hesitant about buying a new home and especially about new construction.
